Sumita Arora

Senior Attorney

Sumita is the daughter of a diplomat and grew up in a variety of countries. Her background, together with the experience of being an immigrant herself, has given her a broad perspective of the challenges inherent in immigration law. Bringing her expertise in pro-bono work and corporate law in India, Sumita focuses on all types of employment-based visas, assisting organizations and skilled professionals in developing their careers in the United States. She is licensed to practice law both in the U.S. and India and speaks French, Spanish, Urdu/Hindi, and Punjabi.  

Sumita has a bachelor’s degree from the National Law School of India University and an LL.M from Temple University Law School. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the New York Bar Association.
