Marcos Estrada
Marcos is the senior litigation paralegal for Hogan & Vandenberg. As a student at Swarthmore College, he served as President of the Students for Immigrants Rights organization and was also part of the leadership of the Latinx Student Organization (ENLACE). Aside from these experiences, he witnessed not only the challenges his parents faced but also how they managed to overcome obstacles. Marcos is very involved with all matters related to migration/immigration from Central and South America.
Marcos has a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience & Spanish and speaks English and Spanish.

Gursimran Pannu
Gursimran Pannu is a litigation paralegal for Hogan & Vandenberg – PA. Growing up close to the India-Pakistan border gives Pannu a great understanding of how Immigration plays a role in shaping a country’s perspective. As a student, he had the opportunity to learn more about the story of refugees and gain experience building trust among vulnerable immigrant communities. Additionally, he is an immigrant himself, seeing first-hand the intricacies of American immigration agencies. Pannu has a BA in Political Science, Art History, and Mathematics from Swarthmore College, and is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, and basic Pashto and Nepali.

Mohinur Nematulloeva
Mohinur Nematulloeva is a Litigation Paralegal at Hogan & Vandenberg – PA. She supports attorneys in immigration matters involving the court system, including asylum applications, removal proceedings, employment authorization documents (EADs), court filings, and legal research. She joined the firm after transitioning from a career in business education, inspired by her own immigration journey to the United States. Mohinur holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business and Economics from the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS), Tashkent, and speaks Uzbek, Tajik, English, and basic Russian.

Aruuke Kadyrberdieva
Aruuke Kadyrberdieva is a Litigation Paralegal at Hogan & Vandenberg-PA. Bringing more than a decade of international legal experience to her work in U.S. immigration law, she worked across human rights protection, among other areas of law, including service with the Department of International Legal Cooperation of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic. Navigating the U.S. immigration system herself, she became motivated to work in this field by a deep understanding of how overwhelming the process can be. Her job is focused on removal defense, asylum, bond hearings, and other complex cases.
Aruuke has earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law in Kyrgyzstan and is fluent in English, Russian, and Kyrgyz.
