Rick Hogan

Partner

Rick is the Founding Partner of Hogan & Vandenberg’s Wilmington office. His interest in immigration law began in law school through his friendship with John Vandenberg, with whom he studied at Villanova University School of Law. Rick’s passion for the field stems from the opportunity to help individuals and families build successful lives in the United States.

His practice focuses on business, investor, and family-based immigration matters. He is a frequent speaker on U.S. immigration issues, presenting to community groups, immigrant advocacy organizations, and professional audiences.

Rick earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Edward’s University and his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
